The technical water supply system of the unit is mainly for the generator air cooler, the generator upper guide bearing cooler, the generator thrust bearing cooler, the turbine main shaft seal lubrication water, the oil pressure device back to the tank cooler water supply, the water supply is divided into volute water supply and circulation cooling water supply. The average annual sediment content of the Yellow River is 1.95kg/m', the measured maximum sediment content is 3.06kg/m ', the average annual sediment content of the flood season is 4.02kg/m, and the water quality of the river water contains a lot of sediment from April to September every year. It is relatively clear from October to March. If the Yellow River water is directly used as the cooling water of the bearing coolers of each part of the unit, due to a large amount of sediment in the river water, it is easy to cause the siltation and blockage of the unit coolers and water supply and drainage pipelines, especially in the flood season of the Yellow River, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit; If a specially designed water treatment system is added, the investment will be increased. In order to solve this contradiction, the closed cycle cooler is added to the technical water supply system of the unit. The coolers of the bearing of the unit adopt the circulation cooling water supply mode, which not only solves the problem of siltation and blockage of the cooler and water supply and drainage pipeline of the unit, but also helps to save water.
