This project is a heat source replacement project. Due to the shutdown of the original Shenghua Chemical self-owned power plant, the first station's steam-water heat exchanger unit cannot operate. A high-pressure electrode hot water boiler thermal energy storage system will replace the original heat source supply from Shenghua Chemical. The heat supply area of Shenghua Chemical is located in the airport area, covering a total area of 500,000 square meters.

Project Content: Design, construction, system debugging, personnel training, after-sales service, etc.

Project Tasks:

(1) Heat source system: New construction of 4x15MW high-pressure electrode boilers, 4x2000m³ thermal energy storage tanks, thermal energy storage supply circulation system, water treatment and replenishment system, etc.

(2) Power distribution project: New construction of a 10kV 60MW transmission and distribution system.

(3) Installation project: Dismantling of old equipment and facilities in the boiler room, installation of the heat source system.

(4) Civil engineering: Reinforcement and renovation of the boiler room, foundations for the thermal energy storage tanks and high-pressure electrode boilers, etc.

(5) Intelligent control system: Remote analysis of user historical data, precise remote control based on personalized needs.
