This project is a deep recovery project for flue gas waste heat from gas boilers, involving the transformation of four 46MW gas boilers, consisting of a heat pump unit, a heat exchange and condensate recovery system, and an internal and external circulation system.
The process uses a 'heat pump unit + flue gas heat exchanger' technology, utilizing natural gas to drive an absorption heat pump to recover flue gas heat for heating the boiler's primary return water, thereby improving gas utilization efficiency.
This recovery project recovers a total of 17.16MW of flue gas waste heat, increases the heating area by 300,000 square meters, saves 29,600 tons of standard coal annually, reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 74,000 tons per year, and reduces sulfur dioxide emissions by 2,200 tons per year.
It also reduces nitrogen oxide emissions by 1,100 tons per year.
