High-pressure heater is a device used to heat boiler feed water, usually used in thermal power plants or industrial boiler systems. It belongs to the closed heater in the thermal system, which uses the extraction steam of the steam turbine or other heat sources to increase the feed water temperature, thereby improving thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.

3. Working principle
High-pressure heaters generally use condensate heating, and the working process is as follows:
High-temperature steam (from turbine extraction or other heat sources) enters the tube side of the high-pressure heater.
The feed water enters the shell side from the other side and exchanges heat with the steam in the tube, and the temperature gradually increases.
The steam condenses into water during the heat exchange process and is discharged to the low-pressure heater or recovery system through the drain pipe.
The heated feed water enters the boiler to improve the efficiency of the thermal system.
